Wow I love this

Assembly was a bit of a pain. Assembled item is very heavy. Fast and comfortable ride!! A bit of a learning curve with this one. The back basket will hold a standard paper bag full of groceries. The lights are bright and the horn is loud. I especially love the mirrors and phone holder, and charging plug. Will test distance tomorrow if it does not rain.

We’ve had the scooter about two months. It was easy enough to put together comes with nice range of accessories, easy to maneuver and easy to operate. It does have some great safety features and the seat does swivel completely to allow full access for those with limited mobility.

Yes, it can be folded. It can be disassembled into four parts. The heaviest part weighs approximately 58 lbs.

What is the maximum load capacity? Does that include me and my personal belongings?

The maximum load capacity of S2 is 300 lbs, and the actual load capacity margin must be more than 50 lbs as a safety margin.

What does the warranty and after-sales service cover? How much does regular maintenance cost?

We offer a 2-year battery warranty and a 5-year frame warranty. We will replace any parts that are damaged due to non-human factors free of charge during the warranty period!

Can the seat be adjusted, rotated, or thickened?

The seat height is adjustable in three positions and can be rotated 360 degrees. We offer thicker seats, but they must be purchased separately.
