Very happy with this company, I ended up buying my older brother one of their mobility carts right before Christmas, as a Christmas gift, as he’s getting older and it’s getting harder for him to get around cause he’s got a bad leg and he absolutely loves his new cart. I ended up buying some replacement knobs for him and unfortunately, one of his neighbors stole the first package, so I bought a second set and we thought the second set were lost in the mail, but they were fantastic in helping it get the last package delivered to the correct address and they were quick to reply and very quick to offer a replacement if they had been lost, but they weren’t thank God and I’m very happy. Very sturdy products and great customer service. I would definitely recommend, especially if you’re looking for a mobility cart for somebody that needs it … this company seems to stand by their products and have great customer service and that’s very hard to find nowadays … I’m very happy.
